Nico is a Project Manager on LV’s Acquisitions team, where he leads value-add construction efforts from concept to completion. In this role, he manages the full scope of renovation projects, including budget, schedule, execution, and design alignment. Nico serves as the primary point of contact for ownership teams, ensuring each project reflects LV’s brand standards and delivers high-performing, lifestyle-driven communities across the country.

Before joining LV, Nico was a Project Manager at Arrowhead Construction, where he spent over four years overseeing the construction of luxury custom homes and commercial spaces. He also managed projects in the hospitality and dining sectors and led preconstruction and bidding efforts. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Gas Engineer for a natural gas utility, where he designed gas distribution systems.

Nico earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found running along Town Lake, fishing on the Gulf Coast, hunting in West Texas, or skiing in Colorado.
