Oscar serves as a Senior Property Accountant at LV, where he brings deep experience in financial operations to oversee the financial reporting across LV’s portfolio.

Before joining LV, Oscar held senior property accounting roles at RPM Living and American Campus Communities. At ACC, he played a key role in enhancing financial oversight for both owned and third-party managed assets, strengthening client relationships through customized reporting, and helping establish a dedicated team for third-party asset management. At RPM Living, he was instrumental in forming a specialized Transitions team to support property acquisitions and dispositions, facilitating smooth operational handovers and cross-functional collaboration.

Oscar earned his degree in Finance from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Originally from Houston, he now lives in East Austin with his wife, Kylie, and their husky, Beau. Outside of work, he enjoys running, playing pickup basketball, golfing, and exploring the city’s food and coffee spots. He’s a loyal fan of the Astros, Rockets and Texans.
