Patrick fuels LV projects with caffeine and creativity.

Patrick oversees all things hospitality for LV Collective. Patrick leads food and beverage planning, staffing, and operations for LV Collective’s Daydreamer Coffee brand.

Prior to joining LV, Patrick founded and operated Fleet Coffee, an award-winning coffee shop in East Austin.

Previously, Patrick served as Director of Operations for Caffe Medici, leading operations and growth for the local coffee chain. Patrick helped expand the local concept from one to four locations.

Patrick is very involved in the local coffee scene. He co-founded the Austin Coffee Collective, a non-profit that brings the local coffee community together with educational events and latte art competitions. In 2015, Patrick was named one of Austin’s 30 Under 30 by Zagat.

Patrick loves golf, bocce ball, and board games. He also likes to kick back with a good puzzle.
