Phillip assists the team in the pre-construction and development phases of projects. In addition, he is involved in helping manage investor relations and coordinating the financing of new and existing projects.

Phillip, a native Austinite, joined LV after years of working with the Principals in several other capacities. He has a solid real estate foundation with multiple years of experience in finance, commercial title work, and investments.

Phillip earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Edward’s University. He and his wife, Caitlyn, call Austin, TX home and enjoy raising their two children there.
