Phillip’s experience as both an owner’s representative and with a general contractor help him ensure LV Collective’s projects run smoothly from groundbreaking to completion. His expertise in preconstruction and project management make him a great asset to the team.

As VP of Construction, Phillip oversees the construction process from final designs to completion of the build. Phillip oversees the general contractor and is the main hub for execution of the FFE installation, owner-direct vendors, and liaison between designers and field during the construction period.

Prior to joining LV, Phillip worked for Turner Constructions as a Senior Estimator and Project Manager in their Dallas, Texas office. Previously, Phillip worked as Project Manager for Weitz Company in Phoenix, Arizona.

Phillip earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Construction Management from Arizona State.

He is a father to four sports-loving boys, and loves attending their basketball, baseball, soccer, and flag football games.
