As Vice President of Capital Markets, Sam leads LV Collective’s capital raising and investment strategy efforts, working to identify and structure opportunities that drive growth across the portfolio. 

Prior to joining LV, Sam served as Senior Director of European Living at Hines, based in London, where he focused on expanding the firm’s living platform across Europe. In this role, he helped shape investment strategy, led new market acquisitions, defined product positioning for developments, and managed capitalization efforts across key European markets. 

Sam graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2018 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Finance. He is an active member of ULI and serves on the UT Real Estate Associate Council. Outside of work, you’ll find Sam on the golf course, out on the lake, or traveling somewhere new with his wife, Hannah.
