Scott is a Principal at LV Collective and serves in the role of EVP, General Counsel & Operations. In these positions, Scott oversees all legal and corporate operational matters in connection with the firm’s acquisition, financing, development, and disposition/recapitalization of real property. Scott is a member of the State Bars for Texas and Arizona and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas, Arizona, and California.

Scott is a graduate of Whittier Law School and the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona (Bachelor of Science, Finance). While at the University of Arizona, Scott was a four-year varsity letter winner and served as co-captain of the University of Arizona baseball team which competed in the 2004 College World Series.

Scott is an Eagle Scout award recipient and active in his local church.
