Sean Faltot brings deep multifamily construction experience and a steady, detail oriented approach to his role as Senior Construction Manager at LV Collective. He supports projects through key phases of the construction process, helping guide teams, manage budgets, review scopes of work and ensure a smooth transition from development to operations.

Before joining LV, Sean served as Senior Construction Manager at RPM Living in Atlanta, where he directed design and construction teams from preconstruction through property management takeover. His work included due diligence, permitting, lender coordination, budget management, contract negotiation, procurement, draw reporting and development closeout. Prior to RPM, Sean was a Project Manager at Fortune-Johnson, Inc., where he managed multifamily, student housing, assisted living and mixed use projects with a focus on planning, buyout, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, estimating and client consultation.

Sean earned both his Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Mercer University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, working out and getting outdoors to hike, bike, fish or kayak.
