Taylor is on the front lines of LV Collective’s property management and marketing efforts. She leads the charge in portfolio leasing, strategizing revenue growth and third-party management communications.

Taylor has nearly a decade of student housing operations experience. She joined LV in 2016, as a lease-up specialist, after spending time with a national student housing company working in multiple markets to strengthen the connection between development and operations. Her passion and ability were showcased by her efforts which resulted in the successful pre-leasing of The Ruckus Lofts (2016), helping the property become the first fully leased community in West Campus. She followed this up with additional accomplishments by overseeing leasing at both Ruckus 2.0 (2018) and Moontower Austin (2019), on each occasion achieving recognition for being the first fully leased property in West Campus.

Taylor received her Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas – Denton and currently lives in Austin, TX.
