Tony is an Investment Analyst at LV, where he is responsible for underwriting, market analysis, financial modeling, and creating investment materials to support both current and future development projects.

Before joining LV, Tony served as an Investment Analyst at Campus Advantage, where he managed underwriting, market research, asset valuation, and investor reporting. Over his 2.5-year tenure, he underwrote more than $3 billion in assets.

Tony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Santa Clara University and a graduate certificate in Finance and Data Systems from the University of Portland.

Growing up in La Quinta, CA, Tony was raised by two former college athletes who fostered his love for sports and the outdoors. A five-year college baseball player and team captain, Tony now gives back to the sport as a youth baseball coach with the Texas Senators. When he’s not on the field, you can find him golfing, hiking, or playing pickleball. Tony also organizes an annual golf tournament each December to honor a late father figure, an event that has become a heartfelt tradition for family and friends, with 70 attendees last year.
