As Director of Operations, Whitney supports LV Collective’s property management platform with a focus on team leadership, operational performance, and the resident experience across the portfolio.

Whitney brings more than a decade of experience in student housing and property management. Prior to joining LV, she served as Portfolio Manager and Community Manager with Cardinal Group Companies, including leading operations at Rambler ATX. Before that, she spent more than seven years with Asset Living, where she held roles including Regional Manager, Property Manager, and Operational Specialist. Her experience spans daily operations, staffing, budget management, vendor relationships, capital projects, system setup, crisis communications, and team development across large student housing communities.

Whitney is known for building strong on-site teams and creating communities that perform operationally while still feeling personal to residents. Based in Austin, she brings a steady, people-focused approach to property management and plays an important role in supporting LV’s continued growth in student housing. When she’s not in the office, she’s being the best dog mom to her husky, Skylar!
