The Project

Rambler is a student-oriented multifamily development located at 801 N. Main Street in Blacksburg, Virginia, just a short walk from Virginia Tech’s campus and downtown amenities. This 8-story project will feature 247 units and 862 beds in studio through five-bedroom layouts, including townhome-style options.

Planned amenities are designed to elevate student living and wellness, with a Daydreamer Cafe, mezzanine-level coworking space with private study rooms, a multisport simulator, an outdoor pool deck with hot tub, and a clubroom and social lounge. Residents will also enjoy a comprehensive fitness center, yoga and flex studio, and wellness lounge with a sauna and cold plunge.
