The Project

Rambler is a student-oriented multifamily development located along College Avenue in Clemson, South Carolina, only a few blocks from Clemson University’s campus and downtown favorites. The project will feature 227 units and 749 beds in studio through six-bedroom layouts.

Rambler’s curated amenity package is designed to elevate the student living experience. Planned amenities include on-site coffee shop, Daydreamer Café, a mezzanine-level co-working space with private study rooms, a multi-sport simulator, rooftop pool deck, and a clubroom and social lounge. A comprehensive fitness center with a yoga and flex studio, sauna, and cold plunge rounds out a full suite of wellness-focused offerings, providing residents with high-quality lifestyle amenities within the community.
