The Project
Rambler College Park is a multifamily, student-oriented development located in College Park, Maryland. The project is conveniently located less than a quarter-mile from the University of Maryland. The development is designed to complement the student lifestyle with its full suite of amenities and prime location. The project is a mid-rise development, consisting of 288 units and 1,003 beds.
The project has been developed in close collaboration with the surrounding Lakeland neighborhood and will feature a community center for the neighborhood upon completion.
