The Jay

The Project

The Jay is a student-oriented development situated directly across from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Designed to complement and enhance the student experience, the development will feature a full suite of amenities tailored to support academic success, wellness, and social connection. This mid-rise community consists of 316 units with 953 beds and 6,335 square feet of retail space.
