The Project
The Station is a unique adaptive reuse project located within the 2800 block of Manor Road in the East Austin Transit Oriented District. This mixed use project features 32,000 square feet of Creative Office and 6,000 square feet of restaurant space along the Manor Road corridor. The Station is located within walking distance to the Capital MetroRail, under three miles from downtown, and 1.9 miles from The University of Texas at Austin. Directly east of this project is the Mueller community.
A Specifically Curated Space
The project comprises three Buildings, 2803, 2805 and 2815 Manor. 2815 Manor has five creative office suites sized between 2,500 square feet and 8,000 square feet, while 2803 Manor is currently designed for a single user tenant which takes up roughly 10,000 square feet.
2805 Manor is currently the home to the unique dining concept, Love Supreme. Once a mechanic shop, the structure of the building was kept intact while an adaptive reuse transformed the exterior facade and interior layout into a bar and dining concept. The building is approximately 6,000 square feet with a covered patio.
