As Chief Development Officer for LV Collective, Brendan provides oversight of all development and construction activities for the company. Previously, Brendan served as the founder and owner of Drive Development Partners. He also served as a partner in True North Studio. Drive Development took him from the construction operations side of the industry to turnkey developer and construction manager. At True North, Brendan spearheaded the revitalization of downtown Phoenix in the Roosevelt Row arts district in a multiyear and multi-site acquisition and development process delivering numerous successful hotels and restaurants as well as numerous high-rise multifamily projects.

Prior to the founding of Drive in 2014, Brendan was an executive in the construction industry for The Weitz Company overseeing Western Region Construction and project development for the $3 billion dollar construction company. Serving in various roles starting out as Field Engineer to Western Region Director provided a unique perspective in all facets of the Design and Build of projects of all sizes in various states throughout the US. Brendan has successfully developed and managed over 3 million square feet and nearly 2,500 units of multifamily, student, and senior housing as well as hotels and restaurants totaling $5.7 billion in value.

Brendan graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
