The Project

Rambler is conveniently located on the edge of downtown Athens, just northwest of the University of Georgia campus. Located along the vibrant Broad Street, this property offers convenient, seamless access to campus as well as the historic downtown featuring retail, dining and nightlife near the university. One of Rambler’s most sought-after amenities is its center courtyard, complete with an outdoor lounge space, resort-style pool and hot tub. Located on the second floor, this lively outdoor space features firepits, a Jumbotron, and an area for grilling.
