The Project
Rambler Riverfront is a mixed-use residential development located in West Lafayette, Indiana. The project is conveniently located less than a half-mile from Purdue University. The 799,289-square-foot project is planned to feature two buildings for a total of 583 apartments. Rambler will offer a top of market suite of amenities in both buildings, curated for the West Lafayette and Purdue lifestyle. The development will feature dedicated coworking spaces with private study / conference rooms, a clubroom, multiple pools, internal courtyards, fitness facilities, a yoga studio, a fitness-on-demand studio, saunas, and a resident lounge. The project will be centered around a 20,000-square-foot public plaza and greenspace at the ground level, providing residents direct access to retail and outdoor seating and creating a neighborhood center for the West Lafayette community. The property is also planned to feature 15,600 square feet of retail space.

Collaborative Spaces, Curated Amenities
At Rambler Riverfront, design tells a story. Across two buildings and more than 24,000 square feet of shared amenities, every space invites residents to live, study, move, and connect.
Rooted in West Lafayette’s industrial past and Purdue’s spirit, the interiors blend raw materials like brick and metal with antique gold, vintage furnishings, and layered textures. The result is a warm, refined atmosphere that feels both elevated and lived in.
Building A’s main lobby welcomes residents with tall ceilings, rich wood tones, layered rugs, and sculptural lighting. Just off the lobby, Daydreamer Coffee offers an open, airy space with high ceilings and a mezzanine wrap that brings energy and flow to the café environment.
The study areas feature private rooms, conference spaces, open seating, and dedicated maker spaces that support creative work. Thoughtful use of materials and lighting fosters a balance between focus and collaboration, blending timeless design with everyday comfort.
Wellness spaces offer a mix of movement and calm, from the yoga and meditation studio to the fitness room and multisport simulator. The design flows with the building’s natural curve and warm palette, encouraging both activity and restoration.
The club room was designed for connection, whether you are cheering on your team during a big game, hosting a laid back evening with friends, or meeting up to study for your next exam. Just steps away, the courtyard invites residents to unwind in the heated pool or hot tub, gather around the fire pits, grill out on the weekends, or watch the Jumbotron with neighbors.
Building B carries the same design aesthetic with its own boutique scale. The lobby, study space, club room, and courtyard continue the experience, tied together by deep colors, exposed brick, and vintage textures. The second courtyard offers another pool, hot tub, Jumbotron, and outdoor lounge space.
Together, the two buildings create one connected community, grounded in character, layered with history, and designed for modern student life.
