COLUMBUS, Ohio – Aug. 3, 2026 – Rambler Columbus announced that Uncle Frico’s Pizza has signed a retail lease at the property, bringing fresh pizza and a new hangout spot near The Ohio State University campus in August 2026.
Uncle Frico’s Pizza, a new concept by the team at Sexton’s, will occupy a 1,784-square-foot space located on the ground floor of Rambler Columbus. Known for an extensive menu of “the crunchiest pizza in Ohio,” the spot will serve bar pie style pizza with a caramelized “frico” edge. Located next to Victory Lap, Uncle Frico’s pizza will offer dine-in seating, grab-and-go and online ordering, with direct service into Victory Lap through a dedicated order window, making it easy for guests to enjoy the Uncle Frico’s Pizza menu from either space.
“Frico’s bar pies became a fan favorite at Sexton’s, and we saw an opportunity to give them a home of their own,” said Joey Sexton, Founder of Uncle Frico’s Pizza and Sexton’s. “We’re excited to bring this concept to Columbus and create another fun place for people to gather over great pizza.”
Rambler Columbus is a student housing property that opened last fall at 222 W. Lane Ave., just steps from The Ohio State University campus. Developed by LV Collective, the property has over 800 residents on-site with top-tier amenities, offering the ideal destination for student living.
