Staying true to its original design intent, Rambler Columbus stands out with its modern, mixed-material build, some inviting patio tables and chairs at street level, and a vibrant urban design that blends residential comfort with a lively community atmosphere.
Rambler’s double-height, inviting industrial lobby blends boutique lounge comfort with layered seating, sculptural pendants, as well as brass and metal detailing, using subtle zoning to allow guests to fluidly move between vibrant social energy and quieter, more intimate moments.
Walking into Rambler, Daydreamer anchors the double-height lobby with exposed brick, iron detailing, curved coffee arches and a vintage leather sofa, softening the industrial character with warmth and human scale. Tactile textures, lush planting, warm wood tones, and the sensory backdrop of espresso and curated music create an inviting, emotionally engaging café experience.
The second-floor mezzanine blends open collaboration zones with private study rooms, featuring custom millwork and layered textiles, plaid, florals, and textured upholstery, that soften traditional academic cues into a warm, inviting atmosphere. Anchored by greenery and a central fireplace, the space feels like a cozy personal retreat where residents can focus and linger.
Tucked away from the main study areas, this intimate retreat balances acoustic softness, upholstered comfort and a restrained palette, offering residents a sense of quiet seclusion while staying connected to the building’s social rhythm.
On the third-floor terrace, Rambler’s pool deck is designed as a year-round social retreat, where heated pools, a jumbotron and expansive campus views create a layered outdoor experience.
