AUSTIN, TEXAS — Today, Lincoln Ventures announced that John Henry Swingler has joined as an Investment Associate. Swingler will support Lincoln Ventures in underwriting acquisitions and ground-up development with a focus on multifamily and student housing nationwide. He will work on the Lincoln Ventures investments team, led by Francisco Rios.
Prior to Lincoln Ventures, Swingler served as Investment Analyst for Cielo Property Group, an Austin-based real estate developer, where he worked on both ground-up development and asset management. Previously he worked at Phoenix Property Group, a developer of luxury multifamily nationwide after starting his career in JPMorgan’s Real Estate Banking Group.
