Designed specifically with University of Georgia students in mind, the second-floor study mezzanine is complete with private study spaces and collaborative conference rooms. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art cardio machines, weightlifting equipment, an artificial turf area, a yoga studio and two saunas. Residents can also enjoy the onsite coffee shop, Daydreamer Cafe which serves handcrafted espresso drinks, coffee, tea and artisan pastries and snacks. The property features an additional 22,692 square feet of retail space.
