Brad Dreffer serves as General Manager at the Sweetwater Daydreamer Coffee in Gainesville, Florida.

Brad brings nearly a decade of service expertise to Sweetwater’s Daydreamer location, overseeing its operations. Brad is passionate about customer service, having served as Director of Guest Experience at Chick-fil-A for nine years. Brad also served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve for six years. He graduated from Santa Fe College with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management.

Beyond the world of coffee, you can find Brad playing tennis and board games with friends, and spending time with his wife Katie.
