The ground level is marked by a vibrant, bustling lobby complete with an integrated coffee shop (Daydreamer Cafe) and a variety of study spaces. Just upstairs, the second-floor study mezzanine offers multiple private study spaces and conference rooms, perfect for collaboration or solo work. Additionally, the third and fourth floors each feature two additional study rooms.

Sweetwater’s fitness center, located on the second floor, is fully equipped with the latest cardio and weight machines. The cardio space is complete with treadmills, stair steppers, and ellipticals, while the weight area includes a squat rack, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbell racks, and more.

One of Sweetwater’s most alluring amenities is its rooftop pool deck. The 10th floor deck faces west overlooking UF campus, and features a hot tub, sun shelf with chaise lounges, a cabana complete with two grills, and a dining table for impromptu gatherings. Also located on the top floor is Sweetwater’s rooftop lounge, which opens up to the rooftop pool deck.

On the top floor, you will also find Sweetwater’s yoga studio and saunas. The yoga studio is an airy, light-filled space complete with mats, blankets, blocks, and floor-to-ceiling windows, with two spacious saunas in the next room.
