Carolina Vazquez brings a strong foundation in property accounting and assurance to LV Collective’s accounting team. As Senior Property Accountant, she oversees the full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of student housing and mixed-use properties.

Her work spans financial statement preparation, general ledger management, account reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting, and accounts payable and receivable. She also partners closely with LV’s asset management, property management and development teams to maintain accurate reporting and support the financial performance of each property.

Before joining LV, Carolina worked as a Property Accountant at Granite Properties and as an Assurance Senior at Moss Adams, bringing both property-level and audit experience to her role. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas.
