Ellie leads LV Collective’s capital markets strategy, overseeing the execution and management of capital raising across the company’s growing portfolio. As Vice President of Capital Markets, she cultivates investor relationships, structures equity and drives capital strategy for developments, acquisitions and recapitalizations.

Prior to LV, Ellie served as Director of Capital Markets at Cardinal Group Investments, where she worked closely with institutional investors and internal teams to align capital structures with investment objectives and long-term performance. Earlier in her career, she held acquisitions roles at Cardinal, transacting on more than $1 billion of student housing assets representing over 11,000 beds, and worked at PwC in Asset & Wealth Management Trust Solutions. Ellie holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Iowa State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado.

Originally from Des Moines, Ellie enjoys being outdoors, hosting friends and family and spending time with her husband, Chris, and their black lab, Rae.
