Jessica is an outgoing self-starter who brings strong leadership experience and knowledge of Texas real estate to the LV Collective investments team.

As an Investments Intern, Jessica performs market analysis for both multifamily and student housing assets. She also performs financial modeling and underwriting.

Prior to joining LV in 2022, she worked at CBRE as a Tenant Representation Broker Intern before transitioning to the Capital Markets Department. In this role, she prepared offering memorandums and broker’s opinion of value for client pitches.

In 2023, Jessica will graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Certificate in Real Estate. Jessica is an active member of Delta Delta Delta and served as their Vice President of Operations for 18 months. She also holds a Texas Real Estate License.

Jessica is an avid sports fan. Growing up, she played soccer, tennis, basketball, and even football on her brother’s team. Hockey is her favorite sport, and in her free time, you’ll find Jessica cheering on the Dallas Stars.
