The Project
Located on Rio Grande Street in the heart of UT’s West Campus community, The Nine at Rio was developed by a joint venture formed between LV Collective and 908 Group. This project provides a convenient location alongside well-designed apartments and a fantastic amenity package. The Nine at Rio has 109 units and 347 beds spread across six levels, as well as two levels of below grade parking.
Intentionally Appointed Amenities
The amenities package provided by The Nine at Rio is designed to catch the eye of a college student. The ground level storefront windows display the brightly designed and well equipped resident lounge. This space is fitted with the classic pool and ping pong tables, a video game lounge with four flat screen TVs, and a top-of-the-line golf simulator.

Similarly, the fitness center of the Nine at Rio is prominently placed on the second level, overlooking the street.
