Annabella Tuck is a National Sales Specialist at LV Collective, known for bringing an infectious positive energy and a deep understanding of what happens behind the scenes to make a successful leasing program work. She supports leasing teams across the LV portfolio through sales coaching, training and on-site support, helping teams turn strategy into results.

Annabella’s expertise comes from firsthand experience at nearly every level of the leasing process. Before stepping into her national role, she worked on-site across LV Collective’s portfolio as a Leasing Team Member and Leasing Manager in Columbus before supporting lease-ups in both Columbus and Tempe. Having grown within LV’s leasing teams herself, she understands what it takes to connect with prospects, build a strong leasing culture and successfully bring a community to market.

Annabella graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a degree in interdisciplinary studies with a focus in communications. Before entering student housing, she was also a hairstylist, so connecting with people has always been at the heart of what she does.

Outside of work, Annabella is a die-hard Cincinnati Bengals fan, proud cat mom to Lola and Baby Spice and a major music lover who can be found jamming out at a concert.
