AUSTIN, TEXAS — Today, Lincoln Ventures, a national multifamily developer, announced that construction is underway on 859 Spring Street NW, a 565-bed, 168-unit multifamily, student-oriented development serving the Tech Square neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia.
Upon completion, the asset will be one of the best located and designed projects in the market.
859 Spring NW will be Lincoln Ventures’ first development in Atlanta, Georgia. The company is best known for its successful multifamily developments in Austin, Texas, including The Ruckus, The Ruckus 2.0, Moontower and Waterloo.

859 Spring NW is a partnership between Lincoln Ventures and ELV Associates, Inc. JE Dunn is the general contractor, and Atlanta-based Niles Bolton is performing architecture and interior design.
