The Project
Located on the edge of the Roosevelt Row neighborhood, Moontower is a multifamily project in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Roosevelt Row, also known as “RoRo”, is a dynamic area filled with local restaurants, boutiques, and galleries. Known as one of Phoenix’s prominent destinations, Roosevelt Row is a core hub for art and culture downtown.
Moontower is a high-rise development, consisting of 326 apartments spread over 24 stories. Apartments consist of studio, one, and two-bedroom units. The property provides residents with luxurious, activated amenity spaces and a parking ratio of 1:1, along with 265 spaces for bicycle storage.
A Creative, Collaborative Hub
Moontower offers thoughtfully curated amenity spaces to meet residents’ every need. The ground level is marked by the vibrant, bustling lobby complete with an on-site leasing office, an integrated coffee and cocktails space and a variety of coworking and mingling spaces. Just upstairs, the second-floor mezzanine offers multiple private coworking spaces and conference rooms, designed for collaboration or solo work.
On the ninth floor, you will find Moontower’s fitness center. This space is fully equipped with the latest cardio and weight machines. The cardio space is complete with treadmills, stair steppers, and ellipticals, while the weight area includes squat racks, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbell racks, and more. The fitness center also includes a unique Fitness on Demand space, complete with two lulumirrors, lulu weights and three peloton bikes. Also on the ninth floor is Moontower’s outdoor amenity deck, complete with grilling stations and fireplaces.
One of Moontower’s most alluring amenities is its rooftop pool deck, complete with a resort-style pool, hot tub, bar area, and a variety of seating. This lively outdoor space is the perfect spot for entertaining or relaxing.

Inside, just off the pool area, is Moontower’s indoor lounge space with a kitchen area for catering, cooking or bartending. Also located on the top floor are Moontower’s wellness spaces, including two saunas for relaxation and recovery, and a yoga and meditation studio with stunning views of Downtown Phoenix.
Taking cues from the passionate Downtown Phoenix arts community, Moontower creates connectivity among its residents by bridging functional, design driven spaces with creativity and culture. The use of lush plants, neutral tones and organic materials creates a familiar, inviting setting that feels peaceful and calming.

The project includes studio, 1×1 and 2×2 floorplans. The unit mix was carefully curated to appeal to a wide range of residents. All residences feature bright brass fixtures, illuminating statement pendant lights, marble-style quartz countertops and more.
