Carmen keeps LV Collective’s office running smoothly, bringing organization, warmth, and a get-it-done mindset to both daily operations and special projects. As Office Manager, she supports the team by creating an efficient, welcoming environment and tackling the behind-the-scenes details that help the office thrive. 

Her background spans hospitality, events, operations, HR, and accounting, giving her a uniquely well-rounded approach to problem-solving. Before joining LV, she supported the CEO of Keyrenter Austin, where she was part of the leadership team and helped build out HR and accounting functions. She also spent several years in West Michigan’s wedding and events industry, rising from Events Intern to Executive Director of Events + Operations for a variety of venues. 

Carmen is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Outside the office, she loves yoga, Pilates, poolside reading, thrifting, knitting and crochet, her fluffy bernedoodle Juni, and life with her Packers-obsessed fiancé.
