As Construction Manager at LV Collective, Chance oversees large-scale construction projects from ideation through execution. 

His expertise is built on a deep portfolio of projects across Texas and beyond. Previously, Chance was a Construction Manager at Kairoi, where he worked on developments including 6G and Waterline. Before that, he managed projects at Hanover, helping develop towers in Austin and Houston. He holds a Construction Science degree from Texas A&M, which anchors his expertise in construction management. 

Outside the office, you’ll find Chance cheering on Houston’s sports teams, spending time on the lake, listening to live music or out on the golf course.
