Meagan serves as a Senior Asset Management Associate at LV Collective, where she helps maximize the value of assets through strategic analysis, financial planning and cross-functional collaboration. She also supports investment reporting, market analysis, leasing strategy and data-driven recommendations to drive asset performance and enhance investor outcomes.  

Meagan holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and brings a sharp sense of market strategy and business acumen to the team, built on impressive experience across the industry.  

Before joining LV, Meagan was a Senior Investment Analyst at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, where she conducted investment analysis on commingled fund commitments and direct investments across asset classes and geographies. Earlier, as an Acquisitions Associate at Palladius Capital Management, she supported underwriting, due diligence, transaction execution and business plan implementation across the firm’s multifamily and student housing portfolio.  

Originally from Jupiter, Florida, Meagan now lives in Austin with her husband, newborn daughter and two Doodles. Outside of the office, you’ll find her renovating her new home, trying out new Austin restaurants or spending time on Lake Austin.
